2. Ticket Purchase

  • All tickets sold are digital and will be delivered via email to the address provided at checkout.
  • Please ensure your details are correct before placing your order.
  • Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and location mentioned in the booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Ticket prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes.
  • We use secure payment gateways. We do not store your card or payment details.
  • Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

4. No Resale or Transfer

  • Tickets purchased are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
  • ID verification may be required at the venue.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and follow all instructions from the organizers.
  • The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove anyone violating the event rules without a refund.

6. Event Changes

  • The organizer reserves the right to change the venue, timing, or cancel/postpone the event.
  • In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of tickets due to incorrect email address
  • Missed events due to personal reasons
  • Technical failures beyond our control

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Punjab.
